Land Development and Planning

ACM has been providing land development services since 2004. Whether it is a residential subdivision or single site infrastructure needs, we will coordinate with the municipalities and the owners to ensure successful completion. ACM has served on City of Phoenix planning committees overseeing the master plan and entitlement process. We are immersed in architectural and legal teams focused on zoning attainment and community involvement, which is critical for a project’s success. Once a plan is approved, we successfully construct project infrastructure to serve wet and dry utiltiies for planned projects. We constantly strive to improve by aligning and evaluating trends with the Home Builders Associaton of Central Arizona.
